Prostituting attorneys are getting lazy.
ReplyDeleteThey assume every case will result in an easy plea bargain, so they file charges when they don't have the evidence to prove them and then they don't bother gathering evidence until it's time for the trial.
At least one judge isn't up for letting the prosecution delay the trial.
If only Senator Grassley had this judge's fortutide...
