Make Them Outed and Ruined

“One of our site’s moderators will review your submission, verify your contact information, and after receiving your confirmation, publish the information you provided us (minus any personally identifying info) on the list page on our site,” the FAQ page tells individuals who wish to submit an accusation. Typical sadist/psychopath behavior for trolls. Naturally, the coward running the website protects his own identity by proxy registration.

So if accused, demand the webpage take it down, publicly apologize to you and dox the accuser whose entry they approved. If they refuse, have a subpoena ordering disclosure issued. Then sue everyone involved for libel.

If you can't afford to, make your case known and supporters can either help find a legal firm that specializes in justice against "progressive" filth or help with a crowdfunding project to pay a lawyer specializing in defamation cases. Plenty of us would be happy to help publicize demonstrable cases of false accusations.

  2. Looking at their FAQ...they don't simply let third parties post claims. They collate, review, edit, and make editorial choices on removal.

That means CDA Section 230 does not protect them.

I'm sure the accused can find a pack of hungry, slavering lawyers to sic on them.
