  1. So in 9 years, 1/2000th of sworn officers are formally charged with rape?

How's that compare to the population at large?

How many more were legitimately accused but not charged?

More importantly, how was that 400 number compiled?
I'm pretty sure the fraction that are published on Photography is Not a Crime is more than two per week.
Maybe 400 in 9 years is the number convicted not charged? And a plea bargain for less than rape doesn't get counted?
