The fact that these laws can be actively used against firearms owners by judicial order ... when the owner is not present to speak in his/her own defense (nor perhaps not even informed of the action) ... makes it clear that Red Flag orders are anti-constitutional by their violation of at least three Constitutional Rights.
I'm amazed that the Supreme Court has not been chosen to address this. 'Oh ... I forgot; the Supremes are no longer addressing 2nd Amendment questions.
