  1. The solution is to obtain your firearms and ammo before getting your medical marijuana card. That way one is not provably lying to the government on a 4473. They may still be illegal to own after getting the card but there is no enforcement I have ever heard of.

  2. Umnnnhhh....you expect the NRA to what?

    If they state that weed-use should not be a bar to gun ownership, then they will be forced to issue a statement about people who drink.

    And to be honest, NRA members like me will not be pleased to know the NRA is vicariously endorsing the use of weed, no matter "medical" or not.
