What stands out most for me is this takes place in a busy city, where people overwhelmingly vote in guilt-manipulating collectivists feigning concern for the plight of "the poor."

    What's ironic is that these people are acting perfectly in accordance with their natural survival instinct... it's the unrealistic social expectations that are anti-survival.
