    Ya kristie should sign the next constitutional carry bill unless the worthless jackwagon that she picked for lt. Governor convinces her otherwise. Years ago he had a chance to vote for const. carry but voted no because he was being picked on by a state gun rights group. Hopefully Mrs. Noem has bigger huevas than little larry does.
