So why should it need to?

Why wouldn't a complaint to DOJ be enough to trigger an investigation for civil rights violations, and why wouldn't the evidence of same be enough to justify his arrest and prosecution?

    Complain to the Deep State Obamadroids in the DOJ about a violation of the Second Amendment?
