Due Consideration

OK, I considered it.

Speaking of infringements, I understand the bump stock ban letter is out. Anybody got a copy?

  1. Nope...we're not the Weimar Republic...not at all.

"Gun Control and the Third Reich" was all lies... /sarc

BTW that's a great Christmas gift idea... especially for Libs.

  2. Actually, it would be a SUPERB gift idea for libs... if you could pay for the gift card after the purchase instead of prepaying for the card.

  5. Dury's Guns in San Antonio accepts all major gift cards at full value for anything they sell, including guns. So if you get namby-pamby gift cards from anti-gun folks, you can turn them into new guns.

  6. OK, I may be hung for this, but I do not see a problem here. ATF is not saying that gifting is illegal, they are simply giving advice. IMHO, it is not bad advice. While I would certainly be sure that anyone I gift a gun to is not prohibited, using a gift card would result in them having to pass a NICS check and result in all the records being in the recipient's name.

That said, prices are great and it's a wonderful time to give a gun!
