We're the Only Ones Playing Both Sides Enough

Undercover police poses as drug dealer to arrest undercover police posing as drug buyers [More]
I guess that's one way for each side to explain away getting caught.

I don't think Julie here recognizes the unintended truths revealed in that claim.

'Tragic' is Hardly the Word for It

"This is a tragic case for all of those involved." [More]
Actually, it's an inexcusably outrageous case for the homeowner who had to defend himself first against private criminals and then against public ones.

Outback Lives Matter

For at least a year, the biggest page on Facebook purporting to be part of the Black Lives Matter movement was a scam with ties to a middle-aged white man in Australia... [More]

Bank von Amerika

Bank Of America To Stop Lending To Military-Style Weapons Makers [More]
Well looky here at our moral superiors:
In the past few years, BofA, which was one of the largest beneficiaries of the federal bailout in 2008 onward, has had to pay billions of dollars to settle lawsuits alleging misbehavior relating to mortgages and mortgage-backed securities.
Speaking as a taxpaying gun owner, a right to keep and bear arms advocate and an involved voter, I'd like to see a bill saying no bank that engages in discriminatory practices against the firearms community is eligible for federal bailouts.

How about it, NRA "A"-rated House Committee on Financial Services Chair Jeb Hensarling?

Feel free to ask him yourself.

Not the Referendum Being Portrayed

The departure of 48-year-old Ryan could complicate Republican Party efforts to retain the House in November, when candidates may be dragged down by the unpopularity of President Donald Trump. [More]
That's what they want you to believe. It's not about the man. It's about the ideas the vested interests want to marginalize and stamp out.

If Republicans get thrown out, it's because they were the ones that doused the fire in our bellies.

It's Miller Time

T.J. Miller busted for ‘drunk’ bomb threat on Amtrak train [More]
You'll have to excuse me because I've never heard of the guy, so let me make sure I know who we're talking about.

Is it the same T.J. Miller "Accused of Sexually Assaulting and Punching a Woman" for whom "Ever since his college days, allegations of sexual violence have followed"? Yeah, I know he says he's innocent, but is that an option in the days of #MeToo, and the "progressive" mandate that a woman's claims of victimization are now proof of guilt?

And is it the same T.J. Miller who settled with an Uber driver after "allegedly" slapping him over a Donald Trump disagreement?

That wouldn't be the same T.J. Miller all proud about his wife's participation in #MarxForOurLives, would it?  The one who says he has a bodyguard? The one who, like all good Monopoly of Violence advocates, has no problem "joking" about not caring if all humans are dead and the animals take over?

That T.J. Miller?

I just wanted to make sure before I said "What an asshole."
