About Last Night

I didn't see the president make a persuasive case that the issue is existential and a direct threat. He left so much out.

I saw the Democrats masterfully appeal to ignorance and emotion, with "press" color commentary refuting him and bolstering them, meaning -- and I haven't seen any polls yet, this is just my impression -- they "won." Cheap labor and "moderate" Republicans will be emboldened to publicly side with them.
