Xenophobic fascists! The correct term is "UNDOCUMENTED house visitor!"
He is so screwed. He shot an unarmed man in NJ.
And if the homeowner did handle that gun without being in possession of a FOID card, he is immediately in violation, let alone the resulting death of the invader.
