I personally concluded that the Second Amendment creates a personal right, under the Constitution. [More]No it does not. You'd think someone up for being the government's "top lawyer" -- as opposed to an ignorant dumbass -- would grok that simple fact.
And "shall not be infringed" leaves very little room for subjective "reasonable regulation."
