    So here's a thought experiment:

    Someone decides that Ms. Streisand would perfectly satisfy his sexual needs. This person plots to hide in Ms. Streisand's home, or abduct her, and, when the time is right, drags her off and rapes her. Given her defense of the late MJ, she would have no grounds to have this person arrested and punished. After all, this person had sexual needs, right?
