The Attorney General has stated that Sheriffs that won't enforce a law should resign, even if the Sheriff believes the law is unconstitutional. Let's take this a step further, currently the Colorado Legislature is working towards making it illegal for Sheriffs in Colorado to allow ICE into their facilities for the purpose of investigating 'civil' immigration charges. [More]Weiser wants it both ways. And Colorado voters stupid enough to elect Democrats will give it to him.
