First Conviction Prosecuted Under SAFE Act Overturned by NYS Supreme Court [More]
I wouldn't be claiming any great 2A victories just yet. The way I read this, it wasn't the state's usurped "authority" that was overruled, it was the way that bitch-slapping punk Schneiderman got the indictment.
