Court Throws out Lawsuit Against Tor for Providing Anonymous Routing [More]

Lawsuit against Tor's anonymous routing service thrown out precisely because they didn't moderate anything.  If they had, then they would be liable for anyone who they allowed to use it.  Maybe Facebook, Twitter and Google should have thought of that before following their natural left proclivity to suppress speech they disagreed with.
