Double Trouble

That absolutely correct conclusion eases some (but not all) of my doubts.  Good on him and on Ginsburg. This time.

And shame on the rest of the court.

  1. The root cause of this problem is, of course, all the federal “crimes” that are not consonent with the Constitution’s delegated powers.
