He ought to come back with a media-savvy, race-hustling lawyer and level the charge that there's a higher rate of black prosecutions for this "offense." No, who cares if it's true? He could turn his "persecution" into a social justice cause célèbre against racism (and give Hollywood commie types a real social media conundrum)...
