Your son killed a total stranger who refused to be shaken down, and violence is clearly nothing new to him or his brother. And the spitting was a nice touch. He may not be an animal, but his own actions show he can't be trusted outside of a cage and needs to stay in one until he can be. They both do.
This should also once more illustrate the lethal threat an "unarmed" man can pose. But I don't suppose this being "shall not issue" Maryland with Fairground gate bag searches by security that being able to protect yourself from feral assailants is much of a concern -- at least to those in power.
