Quite aside from "Dr" Harrington being an obnoxious a**hole, there is no way this will add just 2 cents a round to the cost of ammo. I am thinking, after all is said and done, 1-2 orders of magnitude higher. If I lived in Illinois, I'd load up on scrap lead, molds, brass, powder and primers and make my own before paying for this obscene foolishness.
