    The lower receiver in Roh’s case does not have a bolt or breechblock and is not threaded to receive the barrel, Nicolaysen noted."

    The same could also be said for the frames of most semiautomatic pistols, where the frame contains the trigger mechanism but the slide contains the firing mechanism, bolt or breechblock and barrel.
