O'Neil v Neronha


A taser/stun gun complaint was filed today in U.S. District Court by Alan Beck against the State of Rhode Island. 

He, at times with Stephen Stamboulieh, has won victories on this in other states.

    One wonders how many times Caetano v. Massachusetts will need to be redecided in the various states.
