That claim is against you and me and is predicated on us owing it to them and to anyone else who shows up ready to break our laws if that's what it takes.
The problem with learning a second language so I can communicate with my fellow "citizens" in old age is, which language? With half the world crashing through our borders should I be learning Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, or Chinese? Because many of these people have no intention of learning English. Like Californians moving to Arizona they are only interested in turning their new homeland into a copy of the dysfunctional place they left, complete with gangs, corrupt police, and oh yeah, no guns for the average person.
