In California, breaking into someone's house and stealing less than a thousand dollars worth of your belongings is now a misdemeanor. Vetoed by "governor" Brown before he left office was a bill that would have made it a felony if your gun was stolen and you didn't notify "the authorities" within 48 hours! Of course, the culture-enricher who STOLE the gun would have been charged with (you guessed it) a misdemeanor, as long as its value was less than $1K.
An illegal alien in CA can burn the American flag, under the protection of the Constitution; "freedom of speech." If an AMERICAN CITIZEN cuts down the Mexican flag flying in front of the illegal alien/invader's house, HE is charged with a HATE CRIME.
