I've said "No" to bosses several times in my career. Assuming the linked graphic hasn't been fabricated (and we can't tell because it ultimately tracks to a closed forum), this creature has chosen his side.
I'll make this vow to everyone reading right now....as a Firefighter/EMT in Kommiecticut, if tasked with supporting LE or alphabet agencies in ANY confiscation operations, I will not participate and let those in charge know exactly why. I will recite my Oath of Enlistment if they still don't get it.
I saw a reminder earlier today...that the people who hid Anne Frank and her family were breaking the law, and those that sent them to a death camp were enforcing it. I prefer to be on the side of those type of law-breakers.

kinda flies in the face of all those who say the "only ones" will not enforce unconstitutional laws, don't it?
