Let me guess: Guns procured by the state for its enforcers will be exempted?

    Two questions that will not be asked by the media, much less answered by the Governor:

    1. What about "major parts" already in existence that have no serial numbers?

    2. How does traceability affect the criminal misuse of firearms in any way?
