    And from the "Every Day Is Opposite Day" Department.

    "and Dick Heller, the defendant in the landmark Supreme Court case of District of Columbia v. Heller, which struck down the district's ban on gun ownership."

    It was Heller v DC and the District was the defendant. But other than that, the rest of the sentence is spot on. Not that there's much left LOL.
