What's his name? In this age of ubiquitous cell phones, where's the video?
“University police officer,” i.e., one step up from rent-a-cop. He wasn’t violating estabilshed policy, he was enforcing it. University administrators are the rights violators here. Not sure how much blowback cop deserves from this.
