Sorry, but the longstanding rules (see sidebar) are nothing in comments that can be perceived as a threat against anyone but me, and this one looked like the perfect opportunity for Google to kick me off Blogger and erase years of daily work. I apologize for a post that makes it look like I'm soliciting such candid sentiments and will be more careful in the future.
