If It Were Only That Simple

My interpretation of this is simple. It is unconstitutional for any state to block interstate commerce. Consequently, the President has the executive power to issue a binding order to open up commerce and the states cannot legally resist that order for keeping the economy locked down violates the Commerce Clause. So after injunctions and years of wrangling through the courts later...

  1. Is this the right link? Because this website doesn’t say anything about Commerce Cause issues, or a response from Trump. It’s concerned with modeling a future depression.
