This list is advisory in nature. It is not, nor should it be considered, a federal directiveor standard.It's either critical or it's not. Once more the administration opts for toothless pandering that somehow has resulted in high fives.
What other civil rights could be ignored by state and local governments without an army of feds coming down to frog march offenders? Kudos to the groups that persist and soldier on in spite of that.
