Looks Like They Won a Round

A U.S. District Court in Massachusetts has granted a preliminary injunction against Gov. Charlie Baker’s emergency order shutting down gun shops in the state in a case brought by the Second Amendment Foundation, Firearms Policy Coalition and Commonwealth Second Amendment, Inc. [More]
That must be what this was about.

Anybody know if they expect the state to appeal?

    I can't imagine that state not appealing. The entire government is controlled by hoplophobes, and they have an unlimited vault of public funds to waste on the meaningless gesture.
