My guess is he probably really did forget. And he was probably oblivious while it was going on.

My guess is he really is that big of a dolt, albeit, yeah, sure, a lying one as well.

    I'm pretty sure the man has dementia. I will be surprised if he's still the candidate by the time the election rolls around.
