    If Democrat governors and mayors can intentionally destroy their own economies (especially since now they can blame it all on Trump, whether or not it makes sense), they "win" the Democrat "victim" competition and get all the attention.

    When this happens in the world of health care, we call it "Munchausen by Proxy." Cuomo is a textbook example.
