There's no telling what "inferred" or "penumbral" rights might be found my the more liberal member of the courts when they go rummaging around in the dusty corners of the U S Constitution. The have on previous occasions found a right to privacy and a right to abortion, neither of which is mentioned in the original text or the amendments.
Meanwhile, it seems they're busy riding up and down in an elevator with no button for the Second (Amendment) floor.
