    I was once told that you can indeed house train a puppy with a .45ACP. That particular puppy will never soil your carpets again.

    But perhaps, if you gave it some thought, you could come up with a better plan. Better for you, and for the puppy.

    That's the mode that Law Enforcement should be in today.
