It is unnatural, but I don't think that's where he's going with this. 

Besides, the will of the people can be so inconvenient to an agenda. 

Until it's not.

    The will of the people is sacred to Democrats. All their party members voted overwhelmingly in their primaries for Kamala Harris as their next president... didn't they?
