Who Gets to Define 'Responsible'?

That means he's all in for any infringement he thinks he can get away with. And as for NAGR using orange cards, how could they do much worse?

    Responsible means "law-abiding" - and that means obeying gun bans and other alienations.

    Thou shall not infringe.
