I don't know if I'd give that much credit to generic "Republicans." They don't call 'em The Stupid Party for nothing.

    Bryan Fischer reminded his radio audience today that Confirmation require only simple majority of those "present and voting" pursuant to having a Quorum.

    So all Collins and Murkowski have to do is abstain.
