Stevens wants to repeal 2A and she can't say what she thinks about that? Nor does she appear to understand the meaning of the word "infringe"? In what other jobs can you play coy with the hiring managers during an interview? If they're not prepared to answer questions like those presented here, you're dealing with a weasel-wording career opportunist.
If you nominate her, Mr. President, you will take the fire out of the bellies of a critical mass of gun owners at a time when you need them the most.

I have some important insight from Abraham Hamilton III, who asserts Lagoa satisfies the Test for being a 'Stealth Nominee' -- she has NO record of opinions proving she is committed to Originalism. Barrett in fact does. He did something else: he compared the Confirmation votes for each.

Why did Lagoa receive so many Democrat votes, unlike Barrett? What do they know that we don't?
Something to think about.
Interesting, good data to know. At face value I might have considered Lagoa a good choice but as usual most don't know the little details that are important.
ReplyDeleteTrump nominated Amy Barrett as he has implied all along, so I doubt if we'll see any SCOTUS retirements soon, well at least from the Left.
