Joe's only a placeholder anyway, what would this accomplish? Just early boarding for Kamala. Democrats got away with the illegal Lautenberg-for-Torricelli candidate swap in New Jersey and nobody said boo, this would be a cakewalk.
Kamala might actually energize the base. I'm sure they've war-gamed it.
