Seems to me they described the suspect's clothes.
Nobody expects the subject to change his clothes!
But in a refreshing offer of equity treatment, "Callers can remain anonymous."
You can't blame the police for this. They routinely include the race of wanted people, but the newspapers won't print it.
I've never seen a newspaper that wouldn't report things like height, build, etc...
If its "wrong' to identify him by his race then it is also "wrong" to identify him by his presumed sex. What a time to be alive!
