    Not unusual. Here in H-town, businesses may be cited as 'nuisances' if scumbags hang around and ultimately seized and shut down if the owners do not timely remedy the situation. Even graffiti donated by neighborhood jackwagons get a business owner a summons if not cleaned quickly.
