Well, she tried to set stuff on fire, but was so incompetent she never succeeded... so all she actually managed to accomplish was hammering a cop's arm with a bullhorn. So they made her write a letter of apology to the cop. A timeout, followed by a participation trophy.
ReplyDeleteAnd Richmond whines about not being able to control anti-social behavior. They need less Doctor Spock and more Judge Dredd.
Amends? A year in jail ought to do it.
