Best not get too excited about this yet. Apparently the driver had just fled a stop and may have been trying to back over the officer. Looks like Marcellis is quite the street warrior, having wielded a 2x4 and a broken bottle against a flasher at 14 or 15. Article is from JAX four years ago; a photo attached to the article in Image Search (yet mysteriously not present in the article itself) shows Marcellis and his mom.
