    Do the math: $17,500 per permit... for a constitutional right.

  2. And speaking of The Big Club that we're not in, Captain Jensen's 2019 total pay was $190,000.
    Undersheriff Sung's was $274,000.
    Public service and licking the boots of Sheriff Smith has been very, very good for them.
