This is a position that requires a charismatic political activist, not a competitor, military name, or fudd. My mind goes to possibilities like Colion Noir, Suzanna Gratia-Hupp, Nikki Goeser, Emily Miller, and others, especially those who have had direct self-defense experience. I notice only now that I didn't name a single white male in my list -- it wasn't deliberate -- but no white male jumps to mind that I would trust to be as uncompromising as I believe the people I named would be. (Of course, there may be one i didn't think of.)
No, it is a position that requires a competent chief executive with the ability to surround himself with and listen to competent professionals including seasoned and charismatic political activists. I see no one on your list with a CV demonstrating a track record for successfully managing and growing organizations. And it's gotta be more than "self-defense" and include a thorough understanding of and commitment to core purpose and the cultural terraforming threat.
If I was looking for a hotbed of pro 2A activity from which to recruit the movement's new leadership, New York would not be a good place to start.
