 Richmond police announce increase of maximum cash reward to $1,000 for tips on illegal guns [More]

I guess that's one way for "Only Ones" to up their collar rates, get around that pesky Fourth Amendment AND pick up some extra cash, all anonymously!

It also seems a pretty good way for the criminally inclined to get the cops to eliminate their rivals.

Still -- why do they need to if it's Richmond?
