Ninth Circuit: LAPD Officer Can Be Sued for Destroying Gun Collection [More]

Funny how that works when the plaintiff is an ex-"Only One," but non-"community heroes are out of luck after being executed in wrong house raids.

I wonder how many guns confiscated by the "former officer" have been destroyed.
